Extrem trockene Schleimhäute

Hallo,

ich hab da mal wieder eine Frage:

Welches Meds benutzt ihr, wenn die Schleimhäute von Magen und Speiseröhre ausgetrocknet sind?

Das ist so speziell:

der normale Magenschutz soll Säureüberproduktion verhindern - er trocknet daher aus - geht also nicht.

Was kann man da machen?

Über Antworten würde ich mich freuen.
