Schutz- oder Sklerallinsen helfen vorallem im Anfangsstadium gut, sollten aber nicht zu lange getragen werden. Sind im Prinzip das ganze Augen bedeckende Kontaktlinsen. Neuere Modelle sind sogar Sauerstoffdurchlässig.

Zu beziehen u.a. über Ken Pullum, der halbjährlich an die Uni Würzburg kommt. Anmelden kann man sich via Mail bzw. Telefon bei Frau Hess 0931-201-20478 ... Kann man direkt mit einem Besuch bei Prof gerling verbinden (Augenklinik Würzburg).
